How to order from this web site
To order products from this website, follow these steps:
1. Select the product(s) you wish to purchase, selecting the available options as necessary, then click on the "Add to cart" symbol. An 'order box' will appear at the top of your web page, to show the item selected.
2. You can now:
a) Continue searching the site for further goods that you may wish to purchase.
b) If you have finished shopping click the "View Cart" symbol.
3. Your Shopping Cart. This page will show you the products that you have ordered. You are able to make amendments to your order here. Next complete a delivery destination option, ie: UK, EU, Asia etc. Then click on the "Proceed" symbol.
4. Delivery Details and Payment Options - Fill in the information requested and then choose a method of payment. Click the "Proceed" symbol.
5. On choosing a payment option you will be taken to one of the following pages:
all called 'CHECKOUT'
a) Completing your order - by Secure Server. An 'Order Reference' will be stated, please make a note of this number. We will send you a confirmation email. Then click on "Proceed to Secure Server". Complete your credit card details then click the "Submit Payment Information". Details about our Secure Server can be found below.
b) Completing your order - by Telephone. Follow these instructions to place your order. An 'Order Reference' will be stated, please make a note of this number. We will send you a confirmation email. To place an order, please call 015242 71557 and speak to one of our sales advisors. Lines are open between 9am and 4.30pm Monday to Saturday, Sunday 12.30pm - 4.00pm. Please have your credit card details available.
c) Completing your order - by Fax. Follow these instructions to place your order. An 'Order Reference' will be stated on the fax order form, please make a note of this number. We will send you a confirmation email. The checkout will automatically generate a fax order form, which can be printed out and faxed.
d) Completing your order - by Post. Follow these instructions to place your order. An 'Order Reference' will be stated on the postal order form, please make a note of this number. You will soon receive a confirmation email. The checkout will automatically generate a postal order form, which can be printed out and posted with your chosen method of payment.
If your still not sure about ordering online, please use one of the other options above. We are also able to take an order by telephone without an 'order reference'. Just call us we will try to help.

Terms & Conditions
Goods charged by credit card despatched within 24 hours, subject to availaibility. Cheque payments, please allow five working days before despatch. If goods are unavailable we will contact customers to notify soonest available date.
Occasionally orders from outside England, Scotland and Wales may have additional postal charges to those stated on this site. We shall contact you before the goods are sent if there are to be any changes.
Goods may be returned within 14 days unused and unsoiled for a credit note or exchange, less P&P. Faulty goods will be entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Prices are correct at time of issue and are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%, unless indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to alter prices under circumstances beyond our control. All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and goods are sold under UK law.
We are very happy to help and advise customers although we cannot be held responsible for the decision made when choosing a size. Any products made to measure from information/sizes provided by the customer are non returnable.

Web Site Security
At Carousel Saddlery we are aware that some people may be concerned about giving their credit card details via the internet, so that's why we trade using only the highest levels of credit card security over a secure network. All details are confidential while input on the internet and are then sent to us using most secure data encryption software (PGP). To ensure a high level of security, customers' credit card details are protected using an encryption algorithm. In plain English, this means that the credit card details are scrambled. Once scrambled credit card details are protected form unscrupulous parties. Once notified that an order has been taken, the encrypted order details are downloaded, unscrambled and processed via a PDQ machine. This means that all data input on our site is coded and can only be decoded by ourselves. Our host provides 128-bit encryption security. The industry standard 40-bit encryption, is the recommended minimum for other hosts.
You can tell that the pages you are using are secure, because the address of the page in the address bar will change from being http:// to https://. You will also see a padlock symbol or a key appear in the bottom bar of your browser.
As an extra security measure, your credit card details will not be retained on our servers for longer than is necessary for us to process your order. This is why you must re-enter your card details each time you purchase anything from the site. If your still not sure about ordering online, please use one of the other options above.
